I have been working in the design field for over 40 years with many builders.  Brandon and I met eight years ago on a project in Winter Park.   What I remember about that first meeting is that he had an enclosed trailer that looked like a traveling workshop.  Brandon can build anything himself.  I must say that was impressive since a lot of builders push paper and cannot offer their skills to the trades.  Because of his knowledge and the ease of working with him, from my side of design,  I called him to build our home.  We lost our permanent residence in the Troublesome fire in Grand County four years ago.  With the task of rebuilding he was the only one we wanted to build.  Brandon also has the skill level to design a home on cad, which we did together.  We talked thru every thing on the wish list while he drew it.. thus saving time with an architect.   I am not sure what he cannot do quite frankly.  We worked together to bring our home in budget, and he was here every step of the way.  The subs on the job, of his choosing, are professional and at ease working with Brandon.  Because of our relationship we wanted to introduce him to others struggling to find an honest and skilled builder.  Because of that relationship he was able to complete our home and two others with the same compliments from those clients.
